Milton township ashland county ohio9/26/2023 ![]() Fulk of Ashland a daughter, Robin (Tim) Hipsher of Crestline 3 sons, Mark Fulk of Ashland, Brian (Debra) Fulk of Ashland, and Eric (Jill) Fulk of Ashland 5 grandchildren, Shannon (Landon) Albers, Jonathan Hipsher, Hannah Hipsher, Logan Fulk, Tanner Fulk a great-granddaughter, Lili Albers a sister, Norma Hildebrand of Nankin and a brother, Stanley (Angie) Fishpaw of Nankin. She is survived by her husband who would have celebrated 60 years of marriage this month, Forest E. Ruth also was a member of the Milton Township Community Club. She also helped in cooking many church dinners. Ruth was a devoted member of Paradise Hill United Methodist Church where she was a Former Trustee and Sunday School Teacher. Most importantly, Ruth was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Kresge and later as a packer at Archway cookies. Ruth was employed as an office clerk at S.S. She married the love of her life, Forest E. Ruth has been an Ashland County resident all of her life. She was born Jto the late Ralph and Mabel (nee Shenberger) Fishpaw in Nankin. Fulk, 78 of Ashland passed away in her home, Monday, Septemfollowing an extended illness.
